See map: Google MapsModule 2 prepares you to be a RTF Thorough Format Minister (15 hour ministry format) Who For? For those called as volunteer church RTF Thorough Ministers. This module is an intense “hands-on” apprenticeship learning and ministry experience. It takes you to the next level, which prepares you to lead the Thorough Format ministry as a RTF church lay minister to members in your local church. You will (actively) observe an experienced HHN team minister this format to a couple (or two singles). You will then be prepared to bring this ministry (with your team partner) to one of the other teams attending module 2. An experienced Healing House Network trainer will directly train you during your “Lead” training week. (Ratio 1 trainer for every 4 students.) You will also receive 15 hours of Thorough Format ministry as a Ministry Receiver. (See our Home page for Training Module Dates) Duration: Four Weeks-- Arrive Sunday Afternoon (before 5 PM) and Depart Sunday morning. Module Contents • Details of the Integrated Approach • RTF Personal Ministry • Observation Training Step (active observing of a couple (or two men/women) receiving ministry from a RTF HHN ministry team.) • Lead Training Step (lead RTF ministry to a couple (or 2 men/women).) This module is an intense “hands-on” apprenticeship learning and ministry experience. One experienced Healing House Network trainer will directly train each team during their "Lead" training week. (Ratio 1 trainer for every 4 students.) Perquisites for each Team • Have completed equivalent of Module 1. • Have submitted a completed Application Form • Have been recommended by their pastor or oversight person. • Have been recommended by one person who has been ministered to by the team. (Non-family members only.) • Have been recommended by one HHN team member. Costs • Are detailed in the Application Form
